Eight ostriches run slowly in the shallow water of the Makgadikgadi Pans. The night before massive thunderstorms had dumped nearly 100 mm of rain, and the next morning there was water everywhere.

Damaged in Transit
We wrap our prints with extreme care in rigid mailers and heavy-duty tubes. However, if the courier company damages your package, we will replace it for free.

To claim a free replacement for a damaged print:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged outside packaging before opening it.
- Take a photo of the damaged print inside.
- Email these photos to hello@obskuraphoto.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we see the photos, we will print a brand-new copy and courier it to you at absolutely zero extra cost.
