PRINTING
Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to carefully print, inspect, and package your order before it is handed over to our courier.

Every artwork is printed on genuine Ilford Studio 235gsm paper. We chose this premium paper because it delivers stunning, rich colours and deep, deep blacks that make every detail pop. It features a beautiful satin finish that handles light perfectly—giving you the vibrant look of a glossy print but without any of the annoying reflections or glare.
We cut our prints to standard art dimensions. This means your new print will easily fit into a standard, ready-made frame using a classic passe-partout (that elegant cardboard border/matting inside the frame).

While standard frames work beautifully, we highly encourage custom framing for the absolute best results. A custom frame protects your print for decades and ensures the artwork matches your room perfectly!

  • Flat-Rate Delivery: We charge a simple flat fee of R99 for all local orders, no matter the size or weight of your prints.
  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free delivery on all local orders over R1000.
  • Delivery Times: Major cities take 2 to 4 business days. Regional and rural areas take 4 to 7 business days.
  • Safe Packaging: Small and medium prints ship flat in rigid envelopes. Large and Extra Large prints ship rolled in thick protective tubes.

  • Worldwide Delivery: We proudly ship our prints to art lovers all over the globe.
  • Live Rates: International shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your exact location.
  • Customs & Duties: Please note that international orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are set by your country's government and must be paid by the recipient.


REFUNDS AND DAMAGES POLICY 
Made-to-Order Prints
Every photograph is printed fresh to order on premium paper specifically for you. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please double-check your wall measurements before making a purchase.

Damaged in Transit
We wrap our prints with extreme care in rigid mailers and heavy-duty tubes. However, if the courier company damages your package, we will replace it for free.
To claim a free replacement for a damaged print:
  1. Take a clear photo of the damaged outside packaging before opening it.
  2. Take a photo of the damaged print inside.
  3. Email these photos to hello@obskuraphoto.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we see the photos, we will print a brand-new copy and courier it to you at absolutely zero extra cost.
