While standard frames can work beautifully, we recommend professional framing for the best presentation. Every photograph is printed fresh to order on premium paper specifically for you. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or refunds if you change your mind or order the wrong size. Please double-check your wall measurements before making a purchase.

Damaged in Transit
We wrap our prints with extreme care in rigid mailers and heavy-duty tubes. However, if the courier company damages your package, we will replace it for free.

To claim a free replacement for a damaged print:
- Take a clear photo of the damaged outside packaging before opening it.
- Take a photo of the damaged print inside.
- Email these photos to hello@obskuraphoto.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Once we see the photos, we will print a brand-new copy and courier it to you at absolutely zero extra cost.
